The Process
Inquiry
Begin by completing the commission intake form. this helps determine scale, medium, and whether your request is a good fit for the studio.
Consultation
Selected projects move forward with a brief consultation over writting to discuss tone, intention, and reference material. work on the project will begin once a service agreement has been signed and the 50% deposit is paid.
Creation Timeline (Please note that the timeline provided is for standard-sized SINGLE portraits)
- Weeks 0-1: intake & Compositional Sketch
- Weeks 2-3: Painting proceeds
- Week 4-5: Completion, Final approval, Photographic documentation
Delivery
Once finished, the remaining 50% of the commission price is due. the piece is carefully packaged and delivered after final payment.
